3 levels of dessert using @magicspooncereal 🍫🍦🍰 Level 1: Cereal Bowl 🥣 Magic Spoon + fruits 🫐 Level 2: Peanut Butter Tres Leches Cake 🍰 Cake: • 2 cups Peanut Butter Magic Spoon cereal • 3 eggs • 3/4 cup milk • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce • 1/4 cup flour • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp vanilla extract Blend until smooth, pour into an 8x8 baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20-24 minutes. Soak: • 12 oz vanilla protein shake Poke holes all over the cake and slowly pour the protein shake over top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Topping: • 8 oz Lite Cool Whip • 2 tbsp PB powder Peanut Butter Drizzle: • 2 tbsp peanut butter Finish with crushed Peanut Butter Magic Spoon. Level 3: Cocoa Ice Cream Sandwich Bars 🍫🍦 Crust: • 4 cups crushed Cocoa Magic Spoon • 6 tbsp melted butter • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 1/4 tsp salt Mix and divide between two parchment-lined pans. Press firmly and bake at 350°F for 7-8 minutes. Filling: • 8 oz Lite Cool Whip • 1 cup sugar free vanilla Greek yogurt • 1 package sugar-free vanilla pudding mix Spread over one crust and freeze 30 minutes. Chocolate Layer: • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips • 1 tsp coconut oil Melt and spread a thin layer over the filling. Freeze 10 minutes, add the second crust, then freeze 4 hours or overnight.
