Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 June 2026
This policy explains how Dušan Schnelly (sole trader (OSVČ), Czech Republic, IČO 22656278, K Babě 608/11, Medlánky, 621 00 Brno, Czech Republic), the data controller for Funnelens, handles your personal data. Contact: info@ddbros.cz.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and basic profile, when you sign up.
- Usage data: product analytics via PostHog, EU-hosted and configured privacy-first: visitors stay anonymous (we never identify you), no advertising cookies (browser localStorage only), Do Not Track is respected, and events never include personal data. We capture page views, product events (for example running a free audit), and session replays with all typed input masked, so nothing you type is ever recorded. We also use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate, cookieless visitor and page-view counts, with no cross-site tracking and no personally identifiable information.
- Content you create: boards, notes, and watches you save.
2. Payments
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your full card details; Paddle processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
3. Lawful bases (GDPR)
- Contract: to provide the Service you sign up for.
- Consent: where you opt in (e.g. marketing email); withdrawable at any time.
- Legitimate interests: to secure and improve the Service, balanced against your rights.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů). To exercise any right, email info@ddbros.cz. You can export or delete your account data from your account settings once available.
5. Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Data is stored with reputable processors (hosting and database providers) under appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies
We aim to run cookie-light. Our analytics (PostHog, EU-hosted) is configured cookieless and collects no personally identifiable information. Any strictly necessary cookies are used only to keep you signed in.
7. Changes
We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
