Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Funnelens (the “Service”), operated by Dušan Schnelly, sole trader (OSVČ), Czech Republic, IČO 22656278, registered at K Babě 608/11, Medlánky, 621 00 Brno, Czech Republic(“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record (the seller of record) for all purchases. Paddle.com processes payments and is responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable VAT and sales taxes on your purchase. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms and checkout terms presented at the time of payment.

2. The Service

Funnelens aggregates and analyses publicly available advertising-transparency data and the landing pages associated with those ads, and presents structured insights (such as how long an ad has been running and conversion-focused teardowns). We provide this for informational purposes; we do not guarantee any business outcome.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions, trials & cancellation

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial that requires no card.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping it in bulk, reselling the data without authorisation, attempting to disrupt it, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Data sources & intellectual property

We use public ad-transparency data and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Trademarks and creative assets belong to their respective owners. If you believe content relating to you should be removed, see our Data sources page.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
