Four months in with ELAVATE collagen and here is the honest update. When I started taking it back in November I was genuinely sceptical. I’ve tried things before and thought… fine, we’ll see. Fast forward four months and I’m still taking it every day without anyone reminding me, which probably tells you everything. The biggest surprise for me has actually been my neck. I was fully expecting to be back at an osteopath by now. Somehow that appointment still hasn’t happened. Surprisingly, my hair has now started looking glossier, with NEW hair growth, feeling thicker. Something I'm now noticing after the 4 month mark. 🥳 It’s also just become part of my routine. Some days it’s a quick milkshake, other days it’s the full peanut butter banana situation which is dangerously close to just calling it breakfast.
