We’re looking back on some of our favorite barbell moments from over the years. Next up, we look to Mat Fraser’s 380LB Clean on the Rogue Pyrros Bar at the 2019 CrossFit Games. Having lost the leader's jersey the previous night, Mat Fraser came into the Max Clean event on Saturday at the 2019 CrossFit Games with business to handle. Fraser and another legend of the sport, Scott Panchik pulled away from the pack as the only two athletes to make it past 370LB. Panchik would miss at 380LB opening the door for Fraser to pick up the event win and some valuable points.
